On August 21, 2009 we attended the Portland Oregon Temple. This would have to be the most beautiful temple that we have attended so far. The Seattle Washington Temple was closed for maintenance so we made a road trip down to Portland before school started. This temple had an absolutely beautiful garden inside. Definately one of the favorites! This temple was dedicated in 1989 and is the 42nd operating temple.
This is absolutely awesome!!! They will be dedicating the temple in Vancouver Canada soon, plus when you guys come up to Washington, you can be sure to visit the Columbia River Temple in the Tri-Cities..and Spokane too!! hope you can make it down to SLC during Christmas break!! I confirmed today that the lights are on through until just after the new year!!!
